EPA is hosting several events starting in August to help utilities in your state comply with the new Risk Assessment and Emergency Response Plan requirements under America’s Water Infrastructure Act Section 2013. EPA is holding an 8-hr, in-person training on the new requirements at our EPA Region 10 Headquarters in Seattle, WA on September 11, 2019 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. The training will cover the new Vulnerability Self-Assessment Tool, Emergency Response Plan Guidance, Certification System and Section 2013 requirements in a detailed format.
