The 2024 IRWA Fall Conference will be held September 25-26 at the Coeur d’Alene Casino-Resort-Hotel in Worley, Idaho

Please be aware that if you have already made a booth deposit for this conference, you can use the coupon code FALL2024DEPOSIT during registration to deduct the $100 payment from your invoice total. For just $160, you can "Sponsor an Operator" or attendee to participate in our exciting golf fundraiser. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry professionals and expand your network.

You can also add this sponsorship to your conference registration by contacting Carrie directly or selecting the option when registering your booth for the Fall Conference. The registration link is conveniently located on the left-hand side of this screen.
Request the IRWA conference rate. Depending on the size of the sleeping room, prices are $109.95 to $168.95 plus taxes per night. Be sure to make your reservation before midnight on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, to ensure you receive the group rate. We often sell out early, so reserve now.
Hotel reservations can be made by calling (800) 523-2426. Please refer to our group block name (Idaho Rural Water Association) or Booking ID 10597 to ensure the group rate.

Airport Transportation: The venue will provide transportation service to and from the Spokane International Airport. The hotel is located approximately 45 minutes from the airport.
Arrangements for transportation need be made 72 hrs. prior to arrival. The fee is $50 per person, each way. To schedule please reach out to their Casino Transportation at 1-800-523-2464 Ext. 7469.
