CERTIFICATION MATH BASICS in COEUR D’ALENE 0.6 DW OR WW CEUS (Sponsored by EPA)

This training will be held at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Pavilion.

Do you need a little extra help with math? Do you have an exam coming up? Join Adrianna Hummer from IRWA for math basics as a standalone training or a prep class before certification review training.

Course Outline:

  • Review of materials and supplies needed for exam
  • How to use the provided ABC formula sheets at your exam
  • Math basics – units of measurement, fractions, decimals, percent
  • Common measurements in the wastewater and drinking water industry – volume, area, concentration, flow
  • Basic dimensional analysis problems – problem solving, strategies, resources and tools
  • Pie wheel problems/dosing/residuals
  • How to effectively use formulaspractice problems

Idaho Rural Water has reserved a block of rooms at the Coeur d’Alene Casino for this class and the Certification Review classes the following two days. Mention you are attending the IRWA classes and you will get the room rate of $79 for a single king room. All room charges incur a 7% Tribal Tax per night not included in the $79 rate.
