City of Nampa - Waterworks Superintendent

The City of Nampa is looking to hire a creative and dynamic leader to become our next Waterworks Superintendent. The successful candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate all Waterworks activities and should possess a positive, achievement-oriented attitude. We will select someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, a compelling vision for the Waterworks division, and innovative approaches to organizing and problem solving, strong skills in fostering community relations, knowledge of water trends and technology, and the ability to build a team environment.

This position is full-time, with flexible with varied hours, $4,670 - $6,538 per month, DOQ, plus excellent benefits. Must have extensive experience in water systems management. Bachelor degree in engineering, biology, chemistry or related field preferred.
